I Stare At People Stamp

I really like this stamp. I stare at people myself! <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/g/g…" width="17" height="15" alt="" title="Giggle"/> Who doesn't? You need somewhere to look sometimes and-sometimes, your friend or a random stranger is your victim.

I'm not familiar with this emote. I think I'll need to use it more often now. The text is a good, readable size, and background pops out, instead of getting hidden by the message or the other contents of the stamp.
I also like the slow pace of the stamp. It's easy to see the emotes staring at you, and they are going at a good speed to see them clearly.

Overall, an excellent stamp. Good work!
