If you don't want to make these amazing chocolates, do not scroll down! Also, I'm telling you, these chocolates NEVER fail to be tasty no matter who makes them. :stare:

MEGA-EASY TRUFFLE CHOCOLATE RECIPE

So what are truffle chocolates? :heart:
Perhaps you haven't heard of them, but I'm sure you've seen them or ate them somewhere!

Yes! Look at that! THOSE will be yours to eat and share if you follow this simple recipe! Well it's not exactly chocolate making since we're going to melt the chocolate for the base chocolate, but still, it will definitely taste amazing! ;w;

Ingredients
-300g / 10.5 ounce Dark Chocolate (I'd say over 70% is good!)
-160ml / 2/3 cup Heavy Cream
-2 teaspoons of salt (optional)
-Assorted coatings (cocoa powder, chopped nuts, sweetened shredded coconuts, etc.)

Directions
1. Finely chop the chocolate into small pieces! Place this in a medium bowl!

2. In a small sized cooking pan at high heat, warm up the heavy cream. Heat it up until it almost boils, and before it does, turn the heat off.

3. Add the heated cream into the chocolate bowl. Make sure the chocolate is well chopped at this stage, so that it could melt well when added with the cream! You could also add some salt if you want. Stir the chocolate until it completely melts, and is looking like some chocolate icing!

4. When the chocolate is all smooth and shiny, allow it to cool to room temperature. After it cools, place it in the fridge for about an hour or so, depending on your refrigerator, so that it is hardened enough to scoop it up with a round shape.

5. After an hour or so, take the chocolate out of the fridge. Using a small spoon, scoop out a walnut-sized chocolate ball (it should be firm but not too soft to fall apart), and place it on top of your coating.

6. Roll the chocolate in the coating until it is not sticky on the surface, looking pretty with a good shape, and coated.

THERE YOU GO, AND THAT'S HOW YOU MAKE YOUR OWN LUSCIOUS CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES!

If you want to gift these to your special someone, you should have them in a pretty wrapper with maybe even a message card full of love. You could also give them out to your friends! Either way, I'm sure anyone would love it! :heart:

This is the actual outcome of mine:

Not the best looking ones, but it surely is delicious :eyes:

Well, I hope you enjoyed this guys!
It'd be great if this actually helped someone decide on their Valentine's Day treat! Send me a picture if you made it! ;w;

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY EVERYBODY!
